Altham is an independent legal and commercial advisory based in Greater Manchester. We advise businesses on commercial contracts and disputes, with particular attention to matters involving interdependent agreements, substantial records or contested accounts of what was agreed.
Our work brings legal analysis together with commercial and operational understanding. We examine how an arrangement functions in practice, how the evidence supports the position and what the business needs from the outcome.
Experience and skillset
The team’s experience includes chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis, management consultancy and process improvement. These scientific, industrial and operational backgrounds inform our commercial analysis, evidence organisation and reconstruction of disordered records, together with strategy and evidential review.
The team also brings legal education in Scots and English law and experience from solicitors’ practice involving commercial property, shareholder and construction disputes. Our work includes contract drafting and legal analysis, dispute strategy and client relationships, with attention to the provisions and evidence that affect entitlement, allocate risk and determine the available options.
